Placing Orders for Goods

Order Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders due to availability issues, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.

  • Your rights to cancel and return Goods are governed by our separate Returns Policy.

Cancellation Rights for Goods

  • You may cancel within 14 calendar days of delivery, returning Goods in the same condition with original packaging and documentation.

  • We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods, using the same payment method.

Non-cancellable Items

You may not return:

  1. Personalized or custom-made Goods.

  2. Perishable or rapidly deteriorating Goods.

  3. Opened items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or protective reasons.

  4. Goods inseparably mixed with others after delivery.

  5. Digital content not supplied on a physical medium once access has been granted with your explicit consent.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

  • Offerings may change, and we make no guarantee that product descriptions or prices will always be accurate or current.

  • We may modify or delete content at any time without prior notice.

  • If significant changes occur after Order acceptance (e.g. price, delays), you may cancel your Order.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices may change at any time before Order acceptance.

  • Variations due to external factors (e.g. shipping, duties, exchange rates) after Order is accepted entitle you to cancel.

  • Payment is via one-time charge using accepted methods (e.g. credit/debit cards, PayPal).

  • If payment is not authorised, we may delay or cancel your Order.

Intellectual Property

  • All original content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

  • You may not use our trademarks or trade dress without written consent.

Termination

  • These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding conflict‑of‑law rules.

Dispute Resolution

European Union Users

  • EU consumers may rely on additional mandatory protections under their national laws.

United States Users

You confirm that:

  1. You are not located in a country under U.S. embargo.

  2. You are not a party prohibited by U.S. law from accessing the Service.

Severability and Waiver

  • If any Term is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to achieve its purpose, while the remaining Terms remain in effect.

  • Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

Translation Interpretation
