Masked Frame Pictures Ltd. does not ship physical products. All educational content, course materials, and services are delivered digitally or in person, as follows:

1. Digital Delivery

  • All course materials, video recordings, digital documents, templates, and supplementary resources are delivered via online platforms (e.g., email, dedicated course portal, cloud storage).

  • Upon payment confirmation, you will receive access credentials within 24 hours.

  • Supporting materials (e.g., PDF handouts, worksheets) are downloadable directly from the platform.

2. In‑Person or On‑Location Services

  • Live online sessions are conducted via Zoom or a similar video‑conferencing tool; no shipping is required.

  • The Volume 2 “On Set” experience takes place in person, at the designated production location, as communicated in course documentation.

  • No physical delivery or shipping is involved; participants should arrange their own travel to the location.

3. No Shipping Fees

  • As we do not deliver physical goods, there are no shipping or handling charges.

  • Access is granted online or in-person, as described above.
